'We' and 'Us' refers to J&B Menswear Limited and 'you' will refer to the details provided with your placed order. We may change the Terms & Conditions on occasion, therefore periodically check this page for any revisions. 

Once a payment has been received, a contract then exists between 'you and 'us'

Ordering and Payment

You will receive a conformation email to confirm that your item/s are available. We constantly update our site to ensure details and stock is correct, but on rare occasions we may have to email you to state that the item/s is/are no longer available. Under these circumstances, a full refund will be given to your debit or credit card. 

Goods will be shipped once payment is cleared and all details verified. If your card issuer does not authorise payment, we cannot be held responsible. Please ensure all details given are accurate and correct.

In line with the Data Protection Act, we do not disclose any details given to any third party.
