Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your items purchased from us! However, if you wish to return an item, please adhere to the information below:



i. Please inform us via email at within 14 days of receiving your item/s, stating order number, item/s and reason for return. If goods are purchased in the U.K, you will be sent a free tracked returns label. Items returned outside the U.K are at the cost of the buyer. 

ii. We will then send you an authorisation number - this must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Goods must be returned within 14 days of Authorisation. 

iii. Goods must be returned in their original condition. This means unworn, with any labels still attached, all relevant packaging and free from any body marks or odours.

Returned items which are not in a new or unused condition will not be credited to your account or refunded. This does not affect your right to return faulty items. 

We will not accept returns for any goods that have been worn and/or without labels. 

iv. When returning your item/s, you are responsible for the return of the item/s until we have received them. We would strongly advise to use recorded delivery, especially for higher ticket items (outside the u.k) and make sure the item/s have correct amount of insurance. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item/s as we do not offer free returns on the items purchased outside the U.K.  

v. Items bought for Christmas will have extended return times. These can be returned by January 31st. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if our returns policy is not adhered to.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected under UK law. 


Returns/Faulty Goods

If we have made a mistake on our part and/or the item is faulty, we are responsible and are happy to refund any charges in returning the item/s to us. U.K customers will receive a Royal Mail Returns Label in this instance. 

Please contact us on with your order number, details of the garment and the fault, plus whether you would like another or a refund. We will then advise you accordingly. 

Any mishandling or wear and tear to purchased items are not accepted as faulty and will not be accepted.


Exchanges & Refunds

Please contact us at and state what size you require. If we cannot fulfil that request, then a refund will be issued. If you require a different style, purchase the required item separately and return the original item for a refund. 

All refunds will be authorised once goods the item/s have received and fully inspected by us. Please note funds can take several days to return to your account. 

Please note additional charges for postage (e.g Special Delivery) are not refunded.
